Global Staff Policies

Owner

  • Is in charge of the following:

    • Staff team
    • Roleplay of the servers
    • Rules implemented on the servers
    • Rules implemented on the staff team

  • Has authority over:

    • All ranks below

  • Is given the positions:

    • Executive roles
    • Any roleplay position at any time (no authoritative positions)

  • Can perform the following actions:

    • Promote and demote any staff to any rank 
    • Perform or execute any actions in regards to the staff team and its subdivisions
    • Create, modify, or remove any rules on any servers
    • Promote and demote roleplay positions
    • Charge a member of the community with specific tasks.
    • Create, modify, or change roleplay (including situations, game master events, roleplay rules, etc. 
    • Create, modify, or remove roleplay positions, ranks, etc.


Community Manager

  • Is in charge of the following:

    • Global Meetings
    • Fundraising
    • Giveaways
    • Community Building
    • Community Events
    • Community Outreach

  • Has authority over:
  • All ranks below
  • Is given the positions:

    • Executive roles

  • Can perform the following actions:

    • Promote and demote any member with permission of the Owner
    • Create, modify, or delete positions, ranks, etc. of the community management team and their respective members with permission of the Owner
    • Create, modify, or delete any rules regarding the community management team and the functions that they perform with permission of the Owner


Super Admin

  • Has authority over:

    • Admins and below

  • Is given the positions:

    • With the SA tag

  • Can perform the following tasks:

    • Approve staff applications to be accepted for staff interview.
    • Conduct staff interviews to introduce new Trial Moderators
    • Promote and demote staff with the Super Administration team during meetings.
    • Demote staff for breaking either staff or roleplay rules.
    • Approve and deny ban appeals
    • Approve or deny staff resignations, LOAs and ROAs
    • Handle all staff reports on A and below.
    • Oversee the usage and change of staff documents.
    • Assign ranks to staff in-game and on Discord

  • Cannot perform the following actions

    • Ban longer than four months (unless perms from CM or Owner)
    • Refuse to deal with problems brought by the community
    • Act on their own behalf (unless an emergency situation)
    • Grief or destroy work from the community (bases, documents, etc.) without probable cause (will result in blacklist from server)


Admin

  • Has authority over:

    • Senior-Moderators
    • May not “boss around”, can suggest courses of action, but cannot enforce policies in the form of demotions (has to contact SA+ if enforcement needs demotion.

  • Is given the positions:

    • None

  • Can perform the following tasks:

    • Take tickets and perform admin situations (“sits”)
    • Enforce staff and roleplay policies

  • Cannot perform the following actions:

    • Demote or promote staff
    • Demote or promote roleplay ranks (unless given the authority as a roleplay position)
    • Ban longer than three months (unless perms from SA+)
    • Ban on Discord 


Senior Moderator

  • Has authority over:

    • Moderators and Trial Moderators
    • May not “boss around”, can suggest courses of action, but cannot enforce policies in the form of demotions.

  • Is given the positions:

    • None

  • Can perform the following tasks:

    • Take tickets and perform admin situations (“sits”)
    • Enforce staff and roleplay policies
    • Recommend actions on staff on the 

  • Cannot perform the following actions:

    • Demote or promote staff
    • Demote or promote roleplay ranks 
    • Ban on discord


Moderator

  • Has authority over:

    • None

  • Is given the positions:

    • None

  • Can perform the following tasks:

    • Take tickets and perform admin situations (“sits”)

  • Cannot perform the following actions:

    • Demote or promote staff
    • Demote or promote roleplay ranks (unless given the authority as a roleplay position)
    • Ban on Discord


Trial Moderators

  • Has authority over:

    • None

  • Is given the positions:

    • None

  • Can perform the following tasks:

    • Take tickets and perform admin situations (“sits”)

  • Cannot perform the following actions:

    • Demote or promote staff
    • Demote or promote roleplay ranks 
    • Ban on Discord
